About the Role:
This position is crucial to our company and is key in closing sales. Our ideal candidate is presentable, ambitious, and goal-oriented, with a passion for selling construction and renovation services.

Key Objective:
The main goal is to close deals with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
• Conducting personal visits to potential clients to assess projects and present our services.
• Representing the company and our services professionally.
• Preparing and presenting commercial proposals to potential clients.
• Managing the client relationship from initial contact through closing the deal.
• Handling documents such as Change Orders and Contracts.
• Approving design projects.
• Approving financial plans.
• Maintaining continuous communication with clients during the sales process.

Requirements:
• Experience in the construction industry.
• Understanding the nuances of kitchen and bathroom renovations.
• Proven experience in successfully closing sales.
• Valid Category B driver's license.
• Excellent negotiation skills.

Conditions:
• Full-time.
• W2 or W9 employment.
• Salary above the market.
